2020.11.11 - Daxko Barcode Service: Exclude Past Due Members
Y Cloud, on behalf of Daxko, would like to announce a new feature associated with the Daxko Barcode Service. YMCAs utilizing this service will now have the option to prevent members with a past due balance on their membership from accessing associated Virtual Areas. This will be released by Daxko on November 11th, 2020.
To enable, one may perform the following steps
- Log into the Daxko Operations Portal
- Access the Virtual Area section
- Edit the Virtual Area associated with your Virtual Y site
- Select the check box "Block access when balance due". This will prevent members with balances from being able to access the Virtual Y site.
