2021.08.01- Y Cloud Update

I hope you are doing well. We had several key activities in July. We hosted a Y Cloud webinar, we launched the mobile app and started the onboarding process, we announced the digital products we are currently working on (webinar link below) and more.

All this will not be possible without your support and partnership, a huge thanks from the Y Cloud team to you.

The purpose of this email is to give you a quick update on the latest ongoings of our Y Cloud digital products. This email is being sent to the leaders and the points of contact of the YMCAs who have expressed interest in the Y Cloud.

Y Cloud Webinar:

We hosted a webinar on July 27th to the movement where we gave an overview of all the digital products that we are working on including the Virtual Y, Open Y, YMCA Universal App, YMCA API Gateway, Y Content Hub, Virtual DPP and YMCA Universal CRM. If you were unable to attend the webinar, the recording is posted on the Link here.

Y Cloud:

As of this writing, we have over 230+ YMCA associations (1000+ YMCA branches) signed up to use one or more of our digital products.

Virtual Y:

We have 174 YMCA associations (739 Y branches) signed up for the Virtual Y.

Open Y:

We have 144 YMCA associations (655 Y branches) signed up for the Open Y software-as-a-service offering.

YMCA Universal App:

  • We have 209 YMCA associations (878 Y branches) signed up for the YMCA Universal App
  • We started onboarding the Ys onto the Universal App in July. So far, we have onboarded 20 Ys in two weeks, with a lot more in our pipeline.
  • Previously, we held the kick-off meeting for the YMCA Universal App User Group, which consists of staff from Ys from across the country. We had the opportunity to present the development activities of the mobile app along with a demo. You can watch the video of the App User Group webinar (Passcode: zs7*K&h1).

Y Content Hub:

  • We started the pilot testing for the Y Content Hub in July. There are over 10 YMCAs testing the Content Hub and providing feedback.
  • You can watch the webinar of the Y Content Hub launch (Passcode:5OB*ch@8) held previously . If you are interested in the Y Content Hub please let us know here.

National Website YMCA.org:

  • We launched the YMCA.ORG national site on July 12th.
  • The national website resides in the same technology infrastructure as within the Y Cloud digital platform. You can watch all the three sneak peek videos of the redesigned YMCA.org national website to get a bigger picture of the new site and the benefits it will deliver to the Ys.

All the Y Cloud information can be found on this site, with all updates found in the Updates tab
