2021.10.14 - Y CLOUD UPDATE

I hope you are doing well. If you were wondering that what happened to the monthly update last month, I was off for a few weeks in September on paternity leave. We had a baby boy, both mother and our son are doing well. A huge thank you to all those who sent your wishes. It has been an exciting few weeks with the newborn.

The purpose of this post is to give you a quick update on the latest ongoings of our Y Cloud digital products. 

 

Y Cloud Webinar:

We hosted a webinar recently to the movement where we gave an overview of all the digital products that we are working on including the Virtual Y, Open Y, YMCA Universal App, YMCA API Gateway, Y Content Hub, Virtual DPP and YMCA Universal CRM. If you were unable to attend the webinar, the recording is posted on the Link here.   

 

Y Cloud:

As of this writing, we have over 263 YMCA associations (1153 YMCA branches) signed up to use one or more of our digital products.

 

Virtual Y:

We have 189 YMCA associations (786 Y branches) signed up for the Virtual Y.

 

Open Y:

We have 159 YMCA associations (754 Y branches) signed up for the Open Y software-as-a-service offering.

 

YMCA Universal App:

  • We have 239 YMCA associations (1022 Y branches) signed up for the YMCA Universal App
  • You can watch the latest features rolled out in the Universal App in this video.

 

Nationwide Membership:

While working with many Ys, we understand that some of you may be upgrading your membership management system or moving to a new system. Our team has created a quick user guide that shows how to contact us for help and what to expect when changing system. This is posted on the Link. I am sharing it here for your reference.

 

New products:

Our team is heads-down working hard on all the new products including the Y Content Hub, Y Virtual Health (Virtual DPP) and YMCA Universal App. We will continue to share information as we make progress on this items.
